Ponsa / Port Adriano / Sa Torre / Cala Vinyas...
South
west, about 15 min west from Palma, an all
year-round active village. Famous for its
bright sandy beach, formed like a half moon,
with characteristic rock formations. In
the summer, the main meeting point of Santa
Ponsa is the beach area. A modern, international
village with many shops, boutiques, restaurants,
bars, bodegas and discothèques. All kind
of sport is offered here, for example tennis,
water ski, surfing, diving, pedalos and
several nearby golf courses, some of the
best on the island. A 10 minutes walk brings
you to a small romantic beach and the charming
marina of Santa Ponsa. A short drive along
the south coast of Santa Ponsa takes you
to Nueva Santa Ponsa and Sa Torre where
you find a small sheltered beach with the
marina Port Adriano, restaurants and shops.
From here starts the approx. 30 km walking
and cycling path into Palma and further
out to Arenal. You can also take the regularly
bus.
