This is a countryhouse partially restored on two levels, located in Teramo district, it's 5 minutes by car from a nice medieval village with all the main services as bars, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, bank etc. The property has one part  restored and in good condition with one big room at the ground floor and 3 rooms (one with fireplace) at the first floor.
