This fantastic historical palace it was the house of the poet Enzo Marcellusi and it is located in Teramo District. This palace keeps intact all the original doors, the decorated floors, the bricks vaulted ceilings and  it has a big internal stair to have access to the noble floor. There is also a kind of turret with a big terrace connected to the house by a stair. There in a fabulous cellar space downstair can be converted in a liveable space. The Palace is about 450 smq and it can be divided in different units. The village where the property is located is 20 minutes from the beach, 40 from the mountain and 50 from the Airport of Pescara where there are many low cost flight around Europe, America, Canada and Russia.  The village has all the main services as bar, restaurant, small shops ect.
