Croatia with particular emphasis on providing
buyers with a complete personalised package from initial discussions
regarding client requirements right through the buying and/or
development process.
Unlike others, APREMONT OVERSEAS does not charge any viewing
fees or demand any other payments upfront. We do however have agents
in all the countries we sell properties in that speak English, that
are pleased to take you around and show you properties that you are
interested in.
Our aim is to
provide our clients with a first-class service which is rewarded
when we have seen a transaction through to a successful conclusion.
During the buying process our legal teams, both overseas and in the
U.K., are on hand to guide our clients through any minefields and to
ensure that all your documentation is in order.
The APREMONT
office in Croatia is based in Istria, in the centre of Pula, where
our staff offer an unrivalled English-speaking service to all our
worldwide clients. In Sardinia our multi-lingual associates are
located in Sta. Maria de Coghinas on the Gulf of Asinara.

details are prepared with every reasonable care. We recommend
however that a personal inspection is undertaken by all buyers.
Although we take every precaution in checking both that there is
clean title and that the paperwork is in order, ultimately this is
the responsibility of the purchaser and/or their legal
representative. We recommend that no contract is signed or any
monies deposited with any person other than a lawyer.
